Zhengmai Super-D series high flow filter element adopts Zhengmai's unique nano ultra-fine PP filter membrane, 5-10 layers of gradient precision membrane structure. The instantaneous flux under 3.0 bar pressure difference is 1.5 times of the ordinary structure, and the service life is more than 3 times of the conventional high flow filter cartridge under the same pollution level. | |
Feature advantages
√ Unique nano scale ultra fiber filter membrane, with ultra-high sewage holding capacity
√ Multilayer gradient membrane structure design, aiming at particles of different sizes, intercepting step by step
√ Ultra long service life, which is more than 3 times of that of conventional filter element.
Filtration area
≥5.5m2 /40"
Typical Applications
It is widely used in the liquid filtration of reclaimed water recovery, landfill leachate and other impurities with complex composition and high COD value. The manual replacement operation is greatly reduced, and the overall consumables and operating costs are reduced.
